By using the services of MRI Indore Diagnostic Center, you agree to the following simple terms.

1. Appointment Booking

• Appointments represent a preferred time slot, but medical emergencies may sometimes cause slight delays.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for registration and preparation.
• You must provide accurate health history, especially regarding metal implants or pacemakers, for your own safety.

2. Test Reports

While we strive for 4-6 hour reporting, complex cases may require more time for second opinions by senior radiologists. Digital reports are for clinical reference; always consult your prescribing doctor for treatment decisions.

3. Payment & Pricing

Pricing listed on the website is indicative. Final costs may vary based on specific scan requirements (e.g., contrast, special mapping). Full payment is required before the scan process begins.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance. This helps other patients who might need an emergency slot.

5. Patient Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards misbehavior with our staff or other patients. Our center is a place of healing and professional care.
